Arrange a canopy market so shoppers find what goes together.
A beaver keeps a market in the jungle canopy, and you decide how it is laid out. Shoppers arrive with a short list and walk one aisle. They buy what they pass — and when they pick something up, they glance at the shelf next to it. Put two things that go together side by side and they will often take both. Put them at opposite ends and they never will. That is the whole game: what belongs next to what. Tidy is not the same as clever — sorting everything neatly by type is one of the weaker layouts, because things of the same kind do not tempt each other. No timer. No failure. Nobody gets cross. A shopper who cannot find something buys what they did find and leaves happy. You even choose how fast the day runs — Calm, Steady, Busy, or call each shopper yourself and take all the time in the world. Five expansions, each adding something genuinely new: - The Stall — one aisle. Learn to stock and serve. - The Row — a second aisle, so where a thing lives starts to matter. - The Storeroom — order tomorrow's stock yourself, against a forecast. - The Helpers — hire critters and give them jobs; the market starts running without you. - The Bazaar — seasons change what people want, so a solved layout must be solved again. Everything saves itself. Close the tab for a month and the market is exactly as you left it — nothing spoils, nothing expires, and there is no income you miss by being away. How to play: tap a shelf to choose what it sells, then open the market and tap a shelf to restock it as shoppers browse.
