Acceptance

By accessing or using YOXI (yoxi.gg), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use YOXI

Anyone can play games as a guest. To create an account you must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 13, you're welcome to keep playing as a guest.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Choose a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else; we may reset names that break this rule.

Acceptable use

Play fair and be respectful. You agree not to:

• cheat, tamper with games or scores, or submit fake results;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other people, or post harmful or illegal content;
• attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site;
• use YOXI for anything unlawful or in violation of these terms.

Games and content

YOXI's games are original works — inspired by classic genres, but with our own names, art, and code. We don't host copied or pirated content. If you believe something on YOXI infringes your rights, contact us and we'll review it.

Intellectual property

The YOXI name, logo, site, and games are owned by the YOXI Team and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may play the games for personal, non-commercial enjoyment; you may not copy, redistribute, or sell them without permission.

Service availability

YOXI is under active development. Features, games, and availability may change, be paused, or be removed at any time without notice, and we may limit or suspend access to keep the service running.

No warranty

YOXI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or that scores/data will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the YOXI Team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site. You can stop using YOXI at any time and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as YOXI evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to YOXI or these terms will be subject to the courts located in California, and you agree to that venue. If you use YOXI from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws.
